Brian Reynolds, Head Coach of the Drury Men's and Women's Lady Panther's National Championship Division II Teams
Coach Reynolds is one of the most accomplished coaches in collegiate swimming & diving, he is entering his 39th year as the head coach at Drury for the Panthers men’s team and the 34th season leading the women’s program. Coach Reynolds has been at the helm for 33 national championships at Drury, having led the men’s team to win eight NAIA national titles, 12 NCAA-II crowns, three women’s NAIA national championships, and 10 NCAA-II women’s national titles.
Chris Kohler, Gold Coach & Head Age Group Coach
Chris grew up swimming in Houston, TX and swam for Drury University from 2008-2012. He was a member of the DII National Championship team all 4 years and a NCAA All-American 2009, 2010, and 2012. He swam the 50, 100, 200, and 500 freestyle. He has a degree in mathematics and is coaching his 9th year as part of USA Swimming. Chris is married to Hannah, also a Drury University Alum, they have a daughter named Harper.
Angie Kearbey, Bronze Coach
Angie swam growing up and has loved every part of swimming. When she was 16 she coached a local summer team and fell in love with an entirely different piece of the sport and she hasn't looked back since. Angie moved to Springfield and began working with SPA in 2010 and has coached all levels during her time with SPA. She enjoys working with each practice group for different reasons. Her favorite strokes to teach are the butterfly and breaststroke. There are a very few things she loves more than a good IM set.
